我發(fā)現(xiàn)了專升本最舒服的作息！

＂導(dǎo)讀：8月開始備考不算晚，至少比我當(dāng)時(shí)時(shí)間多太多了。只要按照我下面的作息備考，完全可以事半功倍。

其實(shí)我是大二就有專升本想法的，一直三天打魚兩天曬網(wǎng)的在學(xué)，一直到大三差不多10月之后，才正式把備考提上日程。

起因也是因?yàn)榍镎屑菊夜ぷ髟獾狡缫?，投遞了幾個(gè)崗位，要么嫌棄我沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，要么覺得我學(xué)歷不匹配，于是我下定決心準(zhǔn)備專升本。

僅用了幾個(gè)月的時(shí)間，沖刺上岸了一所公辦二本院校。

雖然不是專業(yè)最好的本科，但我已經(jīng)很知足了。

雖然我不算聰明，基礎(chǔ)不好，英語(yǔ)也特別差，但是我足夠努力，自律了五個(gè)月，我成功上岸公辦。

現(xiàn)在我本科也已經(jīng)畢業(yè)了，趕在學(xué)校雙選會(huì)的時(shí)候投了幾家單位，入職了其中一家還算不錯(cuò)的。

替大家試過了，專升本把握好了真的可以改命。所以別總說(shuō)自己不行，現(xiàn)在8月開始備考不算晚，至少比我當(dāng)時(shí)時(shí)間多太多了。只要按照我下面的作息備考，完全可以事半功倍。

? 7:30-8:00 起床

我喜歡睡懶覺，所以備考期間也沒有強(qiáng)制自己必須六點(diǎn)就起床，但最晚也不要超過8點(diǎn)半，不然一個(gè)上午時(shí)間會(huì)很緊張。

起床后先喝一杯溫水，然后洗一把冷水臉喚醒身體。

避坑：別一醒來(lái)就刷手機(jī)！信息過載會(huì)讓你一上午都昏沉。

? 8:20-9:00 黃金記憶時(shí)段

任務(wù)：背英語(yǔ)單詞/文學(xué)常識(shí)/計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)

技巧：站著背！走動(dòng)時(shí)大腦供血更足，記憶效率提升30%。

? 9:00-10:40 攻克高難度科目

推薦科目：英語(yǔ)/計(jì)算機(jī)/高數(shù)（需要高度專注的學(xué)科）

先跟學(xué)知識(shí)點(diǎn)（推薦好老師\易學(xué)仕網(wǎng)課），我一般是1.5倍速聽，遇到不懂的就停頓反復(fù)觀看。聽完后會(huì)留10分鐘整理筆記。

?10：40-11：00 放松二十分鐘

動(dòng)作：吃一小把堅(jiān)果+遠(yuǎn)眺10分鐘（保護(hù)視力）

避坑：別吃甜食！血糖飆升會(huì)讓你犯困。

? 11:00-12:00 刷題+整理錯(cuò)題

任務(wù)：做課后習(xí)題，鞏固知識(shí)點(diǎn)。

關(guān)鍵：做完之后要去回顧一遍知識(shí)點(diǎn)。

? 12:00-14:00 午餐+刷手機(jī)+午休

關(guān)鍵：午餐8分飽，避免油膩！

午休30-50分鐘（超過1小時(shí)反而更困），下午睡醒后可以先吃點(diǎn)水果喚醒大腦。

? 14:00-16:00 英語(yǔ)專項(xiàng)突破

任務(wù)：跟網(wǎng)課學(xué)語(yǔ)法知識(shí)點(diǎn)+專項(xiàng)刷題

一般8~10月份建議只做習(xí)題，第三輪復(fù)習(xí)再做真題和模擬卷。

技巧：用不同顏色筆標(biāo)記錯(cuò)題類型（粗心/知識(shí)點(diǎn)漏洞/難題）

? 16:00-16:30 運(yùn)動(dòng)+補(bǔ)水

動(dòng)作：可以下樓走走，也可以簡(jiǎn)單在房間內(nèi)跳一跳（我當(dāng)時(shí)是租房備考），然后喝點(diǎn)水（酸奶、咖啡、茶都可以）

避坑：別劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)！

? 16:30-18:00 語(yǔ)文/專業(yè)課背誦+復(fù)盤

任務(wù)：用“錄音法”背書（自己錄知識(shí)點(diǎn)，走路時(shí)聽）

技巧：背完立刻默寫框架，檢驗(yàn)記憶效果。

? 18:00-20:00 吃晚飯，飯后整理房間，洗衣服，休息娛樂

? 20:00-21:00 刷題+整理錯(cuò)題+復(fù)盤+明日計(jì)劃

動(dòng)作：用“思維導(dǎo)圖”回顧當(dāng)天內(nèi)容，列出明日任務(wù)清單

技巧：把任務(wù)按“重要/緊急”排序，避免瞎忙。

? 23:00 睡覺！

關(guān)鍵：睡前1小時(shí)遠(yuǎn)離電子設(shè)備！

這個(gè)時(shí)間安排不算太滿，每天有2~3個(gè)小時(shí)的娛樂、休息時(shí)間，每周學(xué)6休1，有時(shí)候周三下午也會(huì)給自己放半天假。

其實(shí)專升本考試本身真的不難，也不用每天逼自己一定要達(dá)到10個(gè)、12個(gè)小時(shí)的備考時(shí)間。勞逸結(jié)合，適當(dāng)放松。學(xué)就好好學(xué)，玩就放開了玩。
